The Youth Character Development Foundation , Inc. was recently established in partnership with Dale Carnegie Training® of Western New York to promote character development and success training for high school students. The mission of the foundation has been well received among businesses, corporations, and the wider community.

The Youth Character Development Foundation generously acknowledges the support of our corporate sponsors: Baillie Lumber Company, Dommer Construction, Fisher Towne & Associates, Lamar Outdoor Advertising, LoVullo Associates, Tuxedo Junction, Dale Carnegie Training of WNY, Noco Energy Corporation, L&M Financial, Lawley SIGC, Honeywell Inc., Ramada Inn & Conference Center, Allied Mechanical, and Kenmore Rotary.

The money these corporations donate is utilized to offer scholarships to every student who participates in our training. This gives teenagers the opportunity to learn life skills he or she may not otherwise receive.

Our goal is to develop young people of character to become productive members of the Western New York community. Thanks to our corporate sponsors, we do.

The Youth Character Development Foundation also generously acknowledges the Community Foundation for Greater Buffalo for their support in the YCDF Refugee Program at Grover Cleveland High School
